We strive for accuracy, but note that the actual colour, texture, and size of the rug may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and differences in monitor settings. Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance is confirmed when your product is dispatched.

2. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in **GBP (£)** and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is securely processed at the time of order placement using methods displayed on our site.

3. Display & Limited Stock

Please note: Certain rugs, particularly those in limited-run collections or listed at a special value, may be **floor display items**. We guarantee these items are **brand new and have never been sold or used** by a customer before. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be immediately processed.

4. Delivery and Risk

Estimated delivery times (typically 3-5 working days) are a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
